1. Booking Process:
- To reserve your tour, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the tour, as specified in your booking confirmation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:–
- Cancellations made by clients are subject to the following refund policy:
– Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the tour start date: 50% refund.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date: No refund. - Earth Track Safaris reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered to clients.
3. Travel Insurance:
- Participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation for the duration of the tour.
- Earth Track Safaris is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to participant negligence in obtaining adequate travel insurance.
4. Health and Fitness:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the tour activities.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Earth Track Safaris prior to booking.
5. Liability Waiver:
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the tour, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with adventure travel.
- Earth Track Safaris and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience sustained during the tour.
6. Itinerary Changes:
- Earth Track Safaris reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants will be informed of any itinerary changes as soon as possible.
7. Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by Earth Track Safaris and its guides during the tour.
- Respect for local cultures, wildlife, and the environment is essential at all times.
